Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Shropshire’s Japanese Head Spa, we aim to provide exceptional service to all clients.
To ensure fairness and availability, please review our booking and cancellation policy.


1. Booking Appointments

All appointments are booked through Book.app.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact details

  • Complete consultation forms if required

  • Arrive on time for your scheduled treatment

We may send appointment reminders via SMS or email.


2. Deposits

Some bookings may require a deposit.
Deposits are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Deducted from your final bill

  • Transferable if you reschedule with appropriate notice


3. Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

Late cancellations may result in:

  • A cancellation fee

  • Loss of deposit

  • Restrictions on future booking


4. No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice:

  • You may lose your deposit

  • A charge may be applied

  • Future bookings may require full payment upfront


5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to keep the day running smoothly.
Full charges still apply.


6. Medical Conditions & Pregnancy

Please inform us of:

  • Allergies

  • Skin or scalp conditions

  • Ongoing medical treatments

  • Pregnancy (especially 1st trimester)

Failure to disclose relevant information may prevent us from providing treatment.


7. Refunds

Treatments are non-refundable unless required by law.
Gift vouchers and deposits cannot be exchanged for cash.
