  • Failure to disclose relevant information may affect your treatment eligibility

5. Cancellation & Late Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee at the salon’s discretion.

  • If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients.

6. Payments

Payments may be taken online (via Book.app) or in person.

We accept:

  • Card payments

  • Digital payments supported by Book.app

  • Cash (where available)

All payments are secure and processed by third-party providers.

7. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers:

  • Are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated

  • Are non-refundable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Must be presented at the time of treatment

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, branding and text on this website are owned by Shades & Fades Ltd unless otherwise credited.

You may not use or reproduce this material without written permission.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage arising from misuse of the website
